5.Heat Treatment : The whole unit is heat-treated for rust-proofing and stress relief made to British Standard BS 4637

7.Primary Insulator : Typar 40 gm/M2 placed on top and bottom over the spring unit.

8.Secondary Insulator : Full size 8mm rubberized /needle-punch palm fibre insulator pad placed over the primary insulator.

9.Upholstery : 1 1/4" High Resilient PU Foam padding. Density 25 km/m3.

10.Cover : 240 gm/m2 Flame Retardant Cotton/Anti-Dust Mite damask contract ticking. Multi-needle quilted to 10 mm PU Foam sheet Density 20kg/m3 with 16g/m2 Spun Bonded PP as backing. The ticking material shall be made of fire retardant fabric, resistance to ignition source of smouldering cigarette and match flame equivalent and in full compliance with British Standard BS 7177.

11.Border /Stabilizer : 4mm Wire clipped to the spring unit providing the fundamental support and stability of the unit.

12.Edge And Corner : 4mm corner spring and edge spring guard providing extra support and strength that create 20% more sleeping area.
